About Fernanda
Fernanda was born on the 14th May 1973 and lived in Portugal until she was 20. She then went to live and work in Nottingham, England.
About Keith
Keith was born on the 15th November 1969 and has lived in England all of his life. Keith lived in Retford until October 2004 when he moved to Nottingham to live with Fernanda.
How they met
They started talking on the internet and soon became friends with plenty in common. They decided to meet and enjoyed each other's company a lot. They started going out on the 17th March 2000.
The proposal
Keith didn't want to propose without talking to Fernanda's parents first. So he proposed to Fernanda on the 23rd December 2000 during their Christmas visit to Portugal.
